Customers need to clear the area before the move-in cleaning session is conducted and SparkCleanz will not be responsible for any damage caused during the shifting of furniture and appliances.

Customers are expected to understand that the assigned cleaning team might not be able to move bulky items like refrigerators, cupboards, gas tanks, etc. to clean the underneath or the small space around it. If such tasks are required, customers need to inform us in advance to ensure that sufficient manpower, time and resources are allocated under additional charges.
