Bathroom Cleaning
Cleaning and disinfecting mirrors, wash basins, bathtubs, the floor, and wall tiles.
Vacuum/Mopping
Vacuuming, sweeping, or mopping all types of floors within the household.
Cobweb Cleaning
Removal of cobwebs on all underside wall structure and ceilings of normal height.
Window and Door Cleaning
Cleaning doors, windows, and grills from both inside and outside.
Cleaning Fans & Lights
Dusting and cleaning ceiling, wall, and standing fans and lights and lampshades.
Kitchen Cleaning
Degreasing of Hob & Hood (exclude hood filter), cabinets (if empty), exposed wall tiles, the surface of appliances, and kitchen sink.
Please note :

Customers need to clear the area before the end of tenancy cleaning session and SparkCleanz will not be responsible for any damage caused during the shifting of furniture and appliances.

Customers are expected to understand that the assigned cleaning team might not be able to move bulky items like refrigerators, cupboards, gas tanks, etc. to clean the underneath or the small space around them. If such tasks are required, customers need to inform us in advance to ensure that sufficient manpower, time and resources are allocated under additional charges.

All cleaning materials and equipment are included and provided by SparkCleanz move-out cleaning in Singapore.
